heutzutage sind Unternehmer und Innovatoren immer mehr mit disruptiven Veränderungen konfrontiert: Neue digitale Technologien, intelligente Produkte und Dienstleistungen, digitale Geschäftsmodelle, neue Materialien, sich verändernde gesellschaftliche Strukturen, Massenindividualisierung, wirtschaftliche Volatilität, Kryptowährungen, neue Formen der Wissenserzeugung und -speicherung, usw., die in der Summe auch noch globale Herausforderungen erzeugen.
Unternehmen, die in diesem dynamische Umfeld agieren, müssen sind einerseits reaktiv auf diese Veränderungen einstellen und andererseits sollten sie die neue Möglichkeiten aktiv erkunden und für sich gewinnbringend nutzen.
